Balance your energy through this quick, yet thorough attunement. A guided relaxation with a deep hand and foot massage will leave you feeling new. 30 mintues/ $65
PRIVATE YOGA SESSION
Learn to stretch and tone your body in new, gentle and effective ways, tailored specifically for your needs, breath deeper and diaphragmatically, add flexibility and grace to your movements. MIND, BODY, SPIRIT COMBO
A just for you, yoga stretching and toning session, followed by a deeper relaxation with reiki balancing techniques, a guided meditation and a full hand and foot massage. 90 minutes/$135
