Purchasing these recordings online and downloading them is the most environmentally friendly way to buy them. And, it is the fastest and least expensive as well! Right now, Ariel has recordings available on iTunes, Amazon, and a number of other digital audio services. Additional titles on their way as well.

Asanamix

Ariel is the voice of Asanamix Yoga - a unique system that allows you to customize a guided personal yoga practice. The Asanamix recordings are available for download via the iTunes store, or on CD.

There is also an Asanamix Yoga app for iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. The app uses the same modular system, but makes customizing even easier. It also offers the option to use your own music to accompany Ariel’s guidance. In addition, you can download yoga “playlists” of various length and intensity that can be used as-is or customized as you like.
